Dr. Dt. Umur Turfaner was born in 1979 in Istanbul. After completing his secondary and high school education at İSTEK Bilge Kağan High School and Ataköy Cumhuriyet High School, he was entitled to enter Istanbul University Capa Dentistry Faculty in 1997. After graduating in 2002, he completed his doctoral thesis on "Examination of friction forces that occur with different combinations of bracket wires in braces with aesthetic caps" and received the title of Orthodontic Specialist in 2008. He joined the Avrupa İnci Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic family in 2015 and still continues to work.
