PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA OF EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES

As Avrupa İnci Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic (“Polyclinic”), we attach importance to the security of your personal data. In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation of Disclosure (“Law”), we would like to explain to our employee candidates how their personal data is collected and processed as the “Data Controller” defined in the Law. 

The following procedures regarding your personal data collected during the recruitment processes are carried out by fulfilling the requirements of the legislation:

CONDUCTING THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS AND CREATING THE PERSONAL FILE OF THE EMPLOYEE

The personal data processed within the scope of conducting the recruitment processes and creating the personnel file of the employee are as follows;

  • Name - surname, TR identity number, place of birth and date of birth, mother - father name, identity serial number, gender, nationality, signature,

  • Address Information, Telephone Number, E-Mail Address,

  • Background information (educational information, marital status, nationality, date and place of birth, driver's license, foreign language level, previous work experience, computer experience, certificate information, courses attended, hobbies, references, photo),

  • During the Interview, the Information Explained by the Applicant in Addition to the CV and Notes Taken on the CV.

Personal data used within the scope of conducting the recruitment processes and creating the personnel file of the employee are collected by the following methods;

 

  • It is collected automatically and non-automatically through the information documents provided by you in the physical or digital environment or from the 3rd parties who are a reference to you. 

  • Your created file is kept on Clinic computers, servers and backups.

Personal data collected within the scope of conducting the recruitment processes and creating the personnel file of the employee are processed for the following purposes;

 

  • Execution of candidate/intern/student selection and placement processes,

  • Carrying out the application processes of the employee candidate,

  • Planning of human resources processes

  • If explicit consent is given by the employee candidate, the employee's CV will be kept for three years for future positions in the Polyclinic.

Personal data collected within the scope of conducting the recruitment processes and creating the personnel file of the employee are processed based on the following legal reasons.

 

  • Establishment and performance of the contract, 

  • Explicit consent in case of sharing special categories of personal data,

  • clearly stipulated in the law, 

  • Obligatory for the fulfillment of a legal obligation.

The data collected within the scope of executing the recruitment processes and creating the personnel file of the employee can be shared with the following persons. There is no transfer abroad.  

  • Partners, 

  • Natural persons or legal entities of private law (Employees), 

  • Authorized public institutions and organizations.

 

If you consent to the storage of your personal data described above in the Clinical database and/or physical archives so that they can be used in positions that may be opened at our Clinic in the future, your resume will be kept until you submit your request to the contrary.

 

As a data owner in accordance with Article 11 of the Law, regarding your rights listed below,  You have the right to apply to our Clinic as a data controller:

  • Learning whether your personal data is processed or not, 

  • If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it, 

  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, 

  • Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in the country or abroad,

  • Requesting correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, 

  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, and requesting that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, 

  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems, 

  • To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

 

Your applications regarding your rights listed above are in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", in writing and with wet signature, to our clinic address "Karayolları, Abdi İpekçi Cd.
